Role purpose

Our Engineering Team Leads report directly to Moteefe's Head of Engineering and are pivotal in our ability to deliver software to our customer quickly, on time, and to a high degree of quality. They are both 'hands on', and involved in our strategic technical decisions.

In this role you will oversee and be responsible for 4-8 software, data and quality engineerings, the primary role of which is the development of new software product and extension of core platforms. You will ensure they deliver as expected and in an organised, open and collegiate fashion.

You will assist the Head of Engineering in setting and implementing appropriate standards across the function, including security, performance, quality, regulatory compliance and availability.

This is a senior role, and will be expected to be able to juggle in-train work, planning future deliverables and providing professional input on strategic questions.

Moteefe is seeking a bright and dynamic Project Manager / Scrum Master to join its product team and take responsibility for driving the delivery of high energy product delivery projects.

Role purpose

Our Scrum Master report to Moteefe's Chief Platform Officer. They are pivotal in our ability to deliver software to our customer quickly, on time, and to a high degree of quality, and exciting roles to hold.

The role's responsibilities include working closely with internal commercial and operations stakeholders and delivery teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.

This involved various PM tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation, enabling and facilitating communication and handling queries.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Scrum Master’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Role purpose

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building products that customers love, leveraging a strong core platform.

You will work within a scrum team of 4-6 engineers on a variety of projects and initiatives, including building new features, launching new products in new countries, and extending our core platform. As a senior engineer, you will also have the opportunity to coach other members of the engineering team on advanced technical considerations and productive workflow.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Requirements

This role is a senior full-stack role. What we mean by that is that we expect engineers to:

  • have extensive experience of programming applications, including web applications, throughout the stack - including front-end UI work, backend heavy logic, and system integrations
